DIY Fruit Juice Recipe – Benefits of drinking cactus juice

Have you heard about the benefits of drinking cactus juice ? or how many pieces of cactus to produce 1 cup of juice ?

There are many type of the cactus plants in the market, but most probably cactus plants are displaying in the garden landscaping accessories shop or depot as a decoration plants. You will not thinking making cactus fruit juice for drinking.

A type of edible cactus is called prickly pear (Opuntia), mainly comes from Mexico.

Ingredient of cactus juice:

  • Cactus stem 100 gm
  • Pineapple 100 gm
  • fructose (up to taste)
CactusPineapple

Method :

  • Peels the cactus and pineapple.
  • Rinse all the ingredients.
  • Put cactus, pineapples into the blender.
  • Put in some ice cubes.
  • Put in 150 ml drinking water.
  • Blends until all materials mix up.

Benefits :

  • Decreases the level of high blood sugar.
  • Decreases the cholesterol.
  • Good for weight loss.

Cactus- Great source to reduce the blood sugar and cholesterol.
